Membership becomes effective upon payment of dues and continues in good standing while dues remain current. Life Membership remains in good standing thereafter upon payment of the established fee. Dues and Life Membership fees shall be set by the CCAC Executive Committee and may be revised at its discretion.

Individuals who are not members of CCAC may participate in CCAC events or social activities at the discretion of the event host..

The Cadet Corps Alumni Council shall respect member preferences regarding the publication or suppression of names or personal information.

Because members are geographically dispersed, the CCAC may establish informal subgroups based on location or shared experiences (e.g., Insurgent Team, Carlisle Cannons, Sam Houston Rifles, Color Guard, I am a Maverick, Pistol Team, Rifle Team). These groups are encouraged to self-organize with officers as appropriate to conduct activities, hold meetings, and support CCAC objectives.
