Members will be sent a separate link to cast their vote. Until the membership vote is completed and the proposed Bylaws are adopted, the current CCAC Bylaws remain in effect.
CCAC Governance Framework
These documents are at different stages of development and approval. Their status is shown clearly so members can distinguish current governing authority from proposed and draft material.
Bylaws
The proposed new CCAC Bylaws establish the organization’s structure, define the duties and authorities of its officers and governing bodies, and prescribe the fundamental rules under which the organization will operate if adopted by the membership.
The current Bylaws remain in force until the member vote is completed and the proposal is adopted.
Review Proposed BylawsPolicy
CCAC Policy is currently being developed to translate the authorities established in the Bylaws into more detailed procedures, standards, responsibilities, and operating guidance.
This document is a draft and is not yet an approved governing document of the organization.
View Draft PolicyStrategic Plans
CCAC Strategic Plans are currently being developed to establish objectives, priorities, lines of effort, responsibilities, supporting functions, and measurable outcomes.
These plans remain drafts and are intended to guide future execution once finalized and approved.
Review Draft Strategic PlansHow the Documents Work Together
The proposed framework is intentionally hierarchical. Once finalized and approved, Strategic Plans will operate within CCAC Policy, and Policy will remain subordinate to the Bylaws.
Strategic Plans by Function
CCAC is developing draft Strategic Plans for its principal officers, committees, and functional areas. These plans are works in progress and are not yet final governing documents. Select a document below to review the current draft.
Document Control
CCAC identifies the approval status of each governance document so members can distinguish current authority, proposed documents awaiting action, and drafts still in development.
Important: Only documents identified as current and approved should be treated as operative CCAC governing documents. Proposed and draft documents published on this page are provided for member information and review.
