The Cadet Corps Alumni Council is developing an updated governance framework consisting of Bylaws, Policy, and Strategic Plans. The proposed new Bylaws have been approved by the Executive Committee and will now be submitted to the CCAC membership for a 90-day vote.

Proposed New CCAC Bylaws

The Executive Committee has approved the proposed new Bylaws for submission to the CCAC membership. Voting will open on September 14, 2026 and will remain open for the full 90-day voting period required by the current Bylaws.

Members will be sent a separate link to cast their vote. Until the membership vote is completed and the proposed Bylaws are adopted, the current CCAC Bylaws remain in effect.

Bylaws

The proposed new CCAC Bylaws establish the organization’s structure, define the duties and authorities of its officers and governing bodies, and prescribe the fundamental rules under which the organization will operate if adopted by the membership.

The current Bylaws remain in force until the member vote is completed and the proposal is adopted.

How the Documents Work Together

The proposed framework is intentionally hierarchical. Once finalized and approved, Strategic Plans will operate within CCAC Policy, and Policy will remain subordinate to the Bylaws.
