LTC (Ret) Sheldon John Gerron
LTC Sheldon John Gerron, a leader in the Corps, Insurgent Team, and Delta Sigma Pi, was commissioned ADA. His distinguished service included tours in Vietnam, South Korea, Germany, and the Netherlands at Army, Joint, and Combined commands. As Cadre at UTA, he was instrumental in creation of the Hall of Honor and Gold Bar pro-grams. Later he was PMS at McNeese State. His civilian career included 18 years with M.G. Bryan engines with expansion in specialized oilfield equipment. He was a leader in city planning and veteran organizations. His in-duction honors his lasting contribution to the Corps—Past, Present, and Future.
